Born and raised in the Northwest Territories (N.W.T.), Jocelyn resides in her home community of Wrigley, N.W.T. Wrigley is a small, remote community along the Mackenzie River where there are very few amenities, including pet care. She's always had a love and passion for animals and has been working with Veterinarians Without Borders (VWB) and NWT SPCA to provide an annual spay and neuter clinic for Wrigley, part of VWB Northern Dog Program. The success of this program is what brings her to the Summit for Animals in 2023, and she looks forward to sharing her story!
