Kelsi is the Regional Director for Community Veterinary Outreach (CVO) in Vancouver and Kelowna, a registered charity that provides free integrated veterinary and human health services to vulnerably housed populations and their pets. Kelsi recently received her Master's in Nursing at the University of British Columbia, where she completed a program evaluation on CVO One Health Clinics in Vancouver.

Currently, Kelsi works at North Island Hospital, as a Clinical Nurse Educator in Mental Health and Addictions. She has experience nursing in medical and mental health positions, both in the inpatient and community settings. Kelsi has worked at sites in Vancouver such as Insite, St Paul's Hospital, Carlile Concurrent Disorders Treatment Centre, BC Children's Hospital, and a number of the Downtown Eastside (DTES) Community Health Clinics. In addition to her clinical work, Kelsi has worked in education at the University of British Columbia School of Nursing, and Microbiology Research at the Ottawa Hospital. During her spare time, Kelsi loves horse backing, snowboarding, traveling to new places, and hiking with her dog Malakai.
