Manager, Companion Animal Welfare Science & Policy
Meghann has worked for the British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals since 2009 in the areas of research, education, advocacy, and policy. She has a Bachelor of Science in animal science and a Master of Science in animal welfare, both from the University of British Columbia. Over the years, she has volunteered with animals in a variety of settings, from veterinary medicine to wildlife rehabilitation to senior animal rescue. She has a passion for working collaboratively with stakeholders from other sectors on complex animal welfare issues.
