Join Amy Morris of Vancouver Humane Society for a hike in East Sooke, BC as she uses her 10 years of forest navigation experience and remote first aid training to guide you. She will happily hike in the sun and rain. This hike is 5.5 km on coastal trails (Beechey Head Loop).

Time: Departure from Victoria Conference Centre (VCC) at 3:30 pm (drive is approximately 50 minutes) and return to the conference Centre at 7:00 pm. The hike duration is approximately 1hr 30 min.

Must haves: Water & snacks, appropriate hiking footwear for unlevel, rocky terrain, non-cotton clothing with a rainproof jacket, fully charged cellphone/camera for photos. If you are keen, learn about the 10 essentials.

Cost: Free for those who can drive to trailhead. Possibility to carpool.
