Sarah Bernardi RSW, MSW is the full-time clinical counsellor at the OVC HSC. Sarah graduated from the University of Toronto’s Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, with a specialty in Gerontology. Prior to joining OVC, Sarah was a clinical counsellor at a 24/7 emergency and speciality veterinary clinic in downtown Toronto, where she provided support to a wide range of people and their companion animals. She actively works to contribute to the movement that allows mental health and wellness to develop in veterinary environments and supports the beautiful bond that exists between people and their animal companions.
