Today we will be taking it slow, and deeply stretching the entire body. So often, our entire day is spent either rushing from place to place, or sitting behind a desk.  We are going to tap into breath, slow it down, breathing and moving with intention.  We are going to let that slow breath be our guide and spend a little extra time stretching out every part of the body from the head right down to the toes.  After this 30-minute class, you will feel refreshed and recharged.
